A small, mountain community in Northern Arizona, just an hour south of the Grand Canyon, Williams has been host to world'travelers for over 100 years. Located on Interstate 40 between Kingman and Flagstaff, Williams is a four hour drive from Las Vegas/ McCarran Airport, and three hours from Phoenix /Sky Harbor, major regional airports. Additionally, Williams can be reached by private aircraft flying into H. A. Clark Memorial Field (P32) and by Amtrak.  Local transportation, other than to the Grand Canyon, is limited.  Taxicabs are available.

Visitors can take advantage of one of northern Arizona's premier golf courses, enjoy scenic vistas and fish in one of the many lakes and reservoirs just minutes from downtown. Bearizona, a drive-thru wildlife park offers a once in a lifetime experience. Nightly shootouts featuring the Cataract Creek Gang are sure to entertain young and old alike and the Grand Canyon Railway provides a scenic and leisurly roundtrip journey to the Grand Canyon.
